The inbox is still being set up
We do not have an email address to give you yet. Setting one up properly takes a little work, and we would rather wait than print an address that quietly swallows your message. This page will carry the address as soon as it works.
What makes a useful correction
Once it is open, four things make a report easy to act on:
- Which page you were on.
- What you typed in — the amount, the rate and the term.
- What the calculator showed you.
- What you expected instead, and why.
A link to an official source helps a great deal. Please never send us a Social Security number, a bank statement or a loan account number. We do not need them and we do not want them.
Privacy questions
What you type stays in your browser and never reaches us. The company that serves the site still sees the usual request details, which the privacy notice explains in full. A separate address for privacy questions will go here too.
What we cannot do
We cannot approve a loan, quote you today’s rate, read your credit agreement for you or advise you on your own money. We are not a lender and not licensed to give financial advice. For any of that, speak to your lender or to someone qualified to help.
